  1. Fill in the request form at the service counter of the National Land Agency (BPN) office
  2. A signed power of attorney if being authorised to someone else.
  3. Photocopy of the applicant’s ID and family card
  4. Photocopy of the Deed of Establishment and Legalisation of Legal Entities that have been matched and shown by the counter staff
  5. A copy of the original HGB certificate that will be extended
  6. Photocopy of the current year’s PBB SPPT along with the payment receipt

To do the renewal of the HGB certificate, you must first come to the National Land Agency office according to the land domicile and proceed to the relevant counter.

Submit the submission, and file some request form with your identity, area, the location and utilization of the requested land, statement of no dispute, and physical land statement.

Continue to submit the form and make the payment at the payment counter to pay the land inspection fee and registration of rights.

Once the payment is done, the BPN officer will start conducting a land inspection, followed by the issuance of:

  • Decree on the Extension of Time of Office,
  • Decree on the Extension of Time for Regional Offices,
  • Decree on the Extension of Time of BPN RI,
  • Registration of rights 
  • The certificate
