You might have heard that sleep is important but many do not realise how much our body benefits from it. Did you know? Research has found that even just one night of bad sleep can hurt us in the long term. So to step into 2022 with a fresh start and renewed energy you will ll want to make a change to your sleeping habits.

Start with sticking to the same sleeping schedule–meaning you go to bed and get up at the same time every single day. You might also want to try to limit your daytime nap as it could actually interfere with your nighttime sleep.

  3. What is something I am looking forward to in the future?
  4. How can I be thankful for the challenges I have experienced in my life?

Get fit

When you do regular exercise, your heart gets stronger and your muscles get in better shape. If the heart is bigger and more powerful, it can pump out more blood with every beat. When your lungs are working well, you use more oxygen when you are exercising which burns off more body fat and improves your endurance (which means you can exercise for longer before getting tired).

Taking care of your body is not that hard if you know what you are doing, and you might want to begin with healthy eating, exercise regularly, or simply engage in any kind of physical activity!

It’s time for a new you! This is a great time to start making small changes that are better for the environment.

Because green living is more than just saving the planet—it is about everyday health and happiness, too—and so it should start at home!
